2/15 Bought the Saratoga House

We re-purchased the first house we owned, on Saratoga Ave. It had been added on to, with a very large entry vestibule. They had also added on to the living room and were in the process of remodeling the kitchen. The most striking thing about the house was that the ceilings were very high - 20 to 30 feet- and the kitchen ceiling had an old fashioned hammered/patterned metal ceiling that was covered with wallpaper that was peeling off. I also noticed water stains on the ceilings in other parts of the house. I wondered why we hadn't seen this damage before we bought the house.
