4/21 Elijah Dream

I had an Elijah dream last night. It was special for two reasons......of course because it featured Elijah but also because it was incredibly vivid and detailed.

There was a group of people traveling together that included me and Elijah. We were sitting next to each other in the vehicle and had our arms linked. I was delighted to be sitting next to him and touching in an affectionate way. The dream was so vivid that I can still feel his touch on my arm.

We were in England and heard a commercial on the radio for tourist lodging. Elijah said he knew that place and the guy doing the commercial, so we went there. There were many separate buildings (kind of like cabins), low slung and brown but quaint and pretty. There was an entryway to each building that had a row of alcoves that had built in wood slat benches and a couple of clothes hooks, one alcove for each guest. The showers were the same, all in a row with one for each guest. While we all got showers the staff came and made up the beds for us. Again, each of us had our own bed. As we were choosing beds, I woke up :-(.

One really interesting fact is that after my dream shower I was concerned how my hair would look if I couldn't blow it dry. I caught sight of myself in a reflection in a window and saw that my hair looked OK. I also saw that I was tall, thin and had dark hair - the opposite of RL, lol!

The theme of this dream seems to be that everything was separate but equal. Each lodging unit was separate, as well as each alcove, shower and bed. And there was one of each for each person in the group.
